| Getting Started: It is always an excellent idea to consut
first with your doctor or physycian before beginning any diet, exersise or weight lifting
regiment. What you'll need: You will more than likely want to begin in a space where you have lots of freedom to move, and absolutely no clutter to get in your way. It is a good idea also to have a friend spot you, if you are going to try and do some more advanced sets. Beware of fatigue. If you are getting tired, take a brief pause. It is a good idea to rest 20 seconds between reps, and at least a minute between different excersises. Make sure you are properly hydrated with water, or your favorite sports beverage.
